A secret service agent is ordered to go to Rome to retrieve some vital national secrets. A card sharp is also on his way to Rome, to impersonate someone, and make a killing in cash. While the secret service agent, fails to take the flight, the gambler reaches Rome, is mistaken as the agent, and sent on the mission. The problem is that the gambler and the undercover agent look alike. And now the fun starts. The undercover agent has to catch up with the card sharp, or he will see the national secrets being sold.
