Sewakram (Prem Chopra) along with his advisor Nitiram Chanakya (Gulshan Grover) makes the city a hell to live in. Raghuveer comes in the way of the Sewakram
and his advisor, who decide to destroy Raghuveer's career by using their man Mr. Jhunjunwala. They spoil his image in the society. Raghuveer takes oath to finish
Sewakram and all crime from the city. He attacks Sewakram but his brother who is his security officer interferes and stops him. To take revenge, Sewakram traps
Raghuveer in the false murder case of Ganpat who is brother of Nitiram by using unfair means. When Ravi learns about his innocence, he is murdered. It's now
on Raghuveer to restore peace.
