Inspired by the 1996 hit film Ghatak, this revenge drama narrates the story of a simple villager, (Firdaus Ahmed), who leaves his quiet and peaceful village to come into Kolkatta with his grandfather. The old grandfather (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) has been diagnosed with cancer and the two of them are in the city for medical treatment. In the backstreets of Kolkotta, the young villager comes up against a vicious and dangerous underworld don. Events take a tragic turn when this evil criminal assaults the young man’s sister. This violent film, packed with action, is written and directed by Iqbal Durrani and has music composed by Sajid – Wajid.
