Kashipur is terrorized by dacoits who take ransom from all the villagers. Anyone who tries to defy them are ruthlessly murdered. Two petty thieves Singh and Tinku get an anonymous letter asking them to come to Kashipur for social work. When they reach the village they come to know that they are supposed to fight the dreaded dacoits. They try to escape in a truck but land up in the hideout of the dacoits. They meet the local school teacher and Asha, the daughter of the village head. The village head turns out to be an aide of the dacoits. Asha apprises them of the grave situation that the village is in and pleads for help. Singh and Tinku train the villagers and together they fight against the merciless dacoits and restore peace in the village.
