The film presents the story of underworld don Mohan. Joshi and his anti social adivities. i.e. drug, Smuggling, murders and killings. An upright police Inspector Dharmendra, whose sister is murdered by done vows to arrast him. Mithun Chakravarty who was imprisoned for the murder of Goonda helps Dharmendra in his mission. At last Dharmendra succeeds in his mission with the joint effect of mithun, Shakti Kapoor and Sujata Mehta.
